Job Summary
Handle bookings and all customer phone enquiries at the rental counter while checking vehicles prior to and on return. Execute cross-sales and maintain documentation by following established procedures. Operate point-of-sale software with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment requiring multi-tasking. Work a rotating roster that includes weekends. All applicants must hold a valid Driver's Licence and submit a Traffic History.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Submit a Traffic History prior to commencement
- Customer service or retail sales background
- Adaptive verbal and written communication
- Outstanding Customer Service
- Ability to identify customer needs and make sales
- Ability to learn and operate our point-of-sale software
- Strong attention to detail
- Organisation skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility with willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to follow process, procedures and maintain documentation
- Must be available for weekends
