Job Summary
Rental Sales Management Trainee program (18-24 months) offering training across Finance, Operations, Human Resources and Sales/Marketing. Assigned to operational and administrative tasks to support location and regional management, with responsibilities including handling inbound/outbound sales calls, maintaining the marketing data in the database, generating rental/lease/used-vehicle sales leads, managing rental asset processes (including PM and vehicle cleanliness), driving sales/marketing initiatives to meet market share, ensuring regulatory compliance, and resolving customer concerns. The role may include on-call duties based on scheduling. Requires strong verbal and written communication, high energy, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, ability to build professional relationships across organizational levels, and ability to relocate within the region/US after training. Travel none. Compensation is salaried with potential bonuses/commission depending on location and level; benefits include health, dental, vision, life, disability, PTO, and 401(k).
