Job Summary
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, generate rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads, and maintain current data within the marketing database. Manage all rental asset processes including vehicle PM and cleanliness standards while executing sales and marketing initiatives to meet market share goals. Reconcile customer concerns and disputes to maintain relationships and grow the current customer base. Perform operational and administrative tasks in support of location and regional management, with potential on-call representation based on supervisor schedules. Complete a structured 12- to 24-month program developing industry knowledge and relationship-building skills.
