Job Summary
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, manage rental asset processes including vehicle PM and cleanliness standards, and generate leads for rental, lease, and used vehicle sales. Maintain accurate data within the marketing database, reconcile customer concerns and disputes, and execute sales initiatives to meet market share goals while ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies. Perform on-call representative duties as scheduled and complete operational and administrative tasks supporting location and regional management. This 18-24 month program develops industry knowledge for a career path in sales, operations, or management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must be computer literate intermediate
- Ability to relocate in the region/US at the conclusion of the training program
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year or more customer service with issues resolution experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
