Job Summary
Conduct daily rental sales by serving as the first point of contact for customers, confidently upselling vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services. Prepare rental agreements, handle inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining expert knowledge of the full SIXT fleet and products. Meet and exceed sales goals in a commission-driven environment, utilizing proven upselling and closing experience to build lasting customer relationships. Work various shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays, with an hourly rate of $23 plus uncapped bonuses. Required Qualifications
- Proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience
- Motivated by targets and direct customer contact
- Valuable experience from sectors such as retail sales, hospitality sales, banking, B2B, or car rental
- Service-oriented mindset
- Track record of building customer relationships
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
- Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays
- Flexible approach to working hours
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid Provincial driver's licence with a clean driving record
- Authorization to work in Canada
- No requirement for work authorization sponsorship
