Job Summary
Greet and guide all customers through the car rental process, building rapport and identifying needs from the first moment. Prepare rental agreements and confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and additional services to maximize every interaction. Handle customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism while meeting and exceeding sales goals through successful upselling and cross-selling. Work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, with a flexible approach to working hours. Earn an hourly rate of $16.50 with the opportunity to earn uncapped bonuses, resulting in an average salary range from $55,000 up to $65,000.
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience
- Experience from sectors such as retail sales, hospitality sales, banking, B2B, or car rental
- Service-oriented mindset
- Track record of building customer relationships
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
- Authorization to work in the US without requiring sponsorship
