Job Summary
Greet customers at the O'Hare International Airport branch and guide them through the car rental process while building rapport and identifying needs. Prepare rental agreements and confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and additional services to maximize every interaction and meet sales goals. Handle customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism, maintaining an organized, service-oriented approach. Work various shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays while earning an hourly rate of $19.20 with uncapped bonuses. Required Qualifications
- Proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience
