Job Summary
Conduct rental agreements and customer inquiries with an organized, service-oriented approach, tailoring offers based on available products and fleet. Manage bookings and customer data via tech platforms with accuracy, while championing SIXT Australia's values, compliance, and operating protocols. Serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction through friendly, professional interactions. Work full-time (38 hours) Monday to Sunday, including holidays, with a base rate from $31.11 per hour plus uncapped sales bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Full driver's licence
- Working rights in Australia
- National Criminal History Check
- Willingness to work during location trading hours, Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidays
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Focus on detail, data and integrity
- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience in sales in retail, dealership, technology, insurance or real estate
