Job Summary
Greet and guide customers through the car rental process, building rapport and identifying needs from the first moment. Prepare rental agreements and confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and additional services to maximize every interaction. Handle customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism, always organized, service-oriented, and with a smile. Meet and exceed sales goals through successful upselling and cross-selling, motivated by performance-based earnings. This role requires a valid US driver's license with a clean record and the ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Earn an hourly rate of $17.00 with uncapped bonuses, resulting in an average salary range from $55,000 up to $70,000.
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience
- Experience from sectors such as retail sales, hospitality sales, banking, B2B, or car rental
- Service-oriented mindset
- Track record of building customer relationships
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays
