Job Summary
Greet and guide customers through the car rental process, building rapport and identifying needs from the first moment. Prepare rental agreements and confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and additional services to maximize every interaction. Handle customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism while meeting and exceeding sales goals through successful upselling and cross-selling. This role requires a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Earn an hourly rate of $18 with uncapped bonuses, resulting in an average salary range from $65,000 to $70,000. Required Qualifications
- Proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience
