Job Summary
Listen to customer needs to offer additional products and services that enhance their travel experience. Guide clients through the rental process using empathy and problem-solving skills to provide a memorable experience. Assist with vehicle exchanges, returns, future reservations, and any concerns. This role offers an average commission of $700-$1,200 per month, with a base rate of $16/hour after 90 days of training. You will work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The team provides continuous professional sales training to build skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Valid Driver's License (without major driving infractions)
- Effective verbal communication skills with customers, co-workers and management
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm and outstanding communication skills with customers, co-workers and management
- Ability to use proven sales techniques while providing a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum age of employment is 18 (BFOQ)

- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
