Rental Sales Agent

Face of Indie Campers at the Bozeman depot, delivering outstanding guest service and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities include handling incoming reservations, welcoming guests, check-ins/outs, preparing and cleaning campervans, maintaining fleet condition, monitoring stock, processing payments, and addressing complaints and emergencies. The role requires experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail or Rent-a-car (desirable), strong communication skills for direct customer contact, a valid driver’s license with campervan driving ability, eligibility to work in the US, and weekend availability. Candidates should be well-organized, reliable, and capable of problem-solving in a fast-growing, customer-focused environment. Mentorship and career development opportunities exist within Field Operations or transitioning to HQ roles.
