Job Summary
Rental Sales Agent at Europcar Mobility Group in Edinburgh (St James). Provide a high-quality rental service at the front desk, selling the company’s services and add-ons to meet sales targets, handling telephone enquiries, completing rental administration and vehicle documentation, and ensuring customer safety. You’ll work as part of a diverse team in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to earn commissions. Key duties include delivering world-class customer-facing service, recognizing business opportunities, and maintaining accurate records; required qualifications include a full, valid driving licence with at least 4 years of experience, teamwork, strong communication, sales ability, attention to detail, and flexibility to work across 5 days ( weekends included).
Required Qualifications
- Full, valid clean driving licence with a minimum of 4 years driving experience
