Job Summary
Sales & Customer Service Officer responsible for greeting customers, assisting with vehicle rentals based on customer needs, processing rental agreements accurately, upselling additional products and services, handling inquiries professionally, achieving sales targets, inspecting vehicles before/after rentals, maintaining knowledge of promotions, building customer relationships for repeat business, and performing vehicle detailing, cleaning, refueling, and transportation as required.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service or retail
- Car rental experience is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-first mindset
- Confident using computer systems and technology
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster - 7 day shift work including weekends and public holidays
- Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record
- Full working rights in Australia (current and ongoing)
- A positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude
