Job Summary
Geelong-based Rental Sales Agent responsible for greeting customers, processing rental agreements, promoting and upselling additional products and services, addressing inquiries with a service-first approach, achieving sales targets, inspecting vehicles for damages, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of promotions, and building strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Includes vehicle detailing/cleaning to business standards and fuel/transport duties as part of the role.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service or retail
- Car rental experience is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset
- Confident using computer systems and technology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster - including weekends and public holidays
- Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record
- Full working rights in Australia (current and ongoing)
