Job Summary
Rental Sales Agent focused on converting every customer interaction into a sales opportunity, confidently presenting vehicle upgrades and protection packages, and using consultative techniques to understand travel needs and maximize revenue. You will close sales with confidence in a fast-paced airport environment, process rental agreements accurately, and strive to meet or exceed individual and location sales targets. Successful candidates are motivated by commissions, energetic, competitive, and skilled at building rapport with customers to drive earnings; prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is helpful but drive and motivation to succeed are what matter most.
