Rental Sales Agent

Greet and assist customers in renting vehicles based on preferences; process rental agreements accurately and efficiently; promote and upsell products and services; address inquiries and concerns with a service-first approach; aim to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets; inspect vehicles before and after rental periods and document any damages; stay knowledgeable on current promotions and offerings to support sales; build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals; perform vehicle detailing, cleaning, refueling, and transportation as needed; requires prior sales/customer service experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; valid Australian driver's license with a clean record; full working rights in Australia; flexible with weekend and public holiday shifts.
