Job Summary
Rental Sales Agent at Europcar Christchurch Airport responsible for greeting customers and assisting with vehicle rentals, processing rental agreements accurately, upselling products and services, addressing inquiries with a service-first approach, achieving individual and team sales targets, inspecting vehicles, maintaining knowledge of promotions, and building strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. The role involves detailing/cleaning vehicles, refueling and transporting vehicles, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service or retail
- Car rental experience is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset
- Confident using computer systems and technology
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster - 7 day shift work including weekends and public holidays
- Valid New Zealand driver's license with a clean driving record
- Full working rights in New Zealand (current and ongoing)
