Job Summary
Greet and assist customers in renting vehicles based on their preferences, process rental agreements accurately, and promote additional products to meet sales targets. Inspect vehicles for pre- and post-rental damages, detail and clean cars to business standards, and refuel or transport them. Address customer inquiries promptly with a service-first approach while maintaining knowledge of current promotions. Work a rotating 7-day shift roster including weekends and public holidays. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service or retail
- Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record
- Full working rights in Australia (current and ongoing)
- Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster - 7 day shift work including weekends and public holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Car rental experience is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset
- Confident using computer systems and technology
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
