Handle reservations and process rental agreements with accuracy and professionalism while welcoming every customer to ensure an exceptional experience. Maximize sales opportunities by consistently offering optional coverage products, vehicle upgrades, prepaid gas options, and additional services to achieve 100% compliance. Utilize effective sales techniques to build rapport, emphasize product benefits, and overcome objections, all while adhering to rental policies and procedures. Assist customers in identifying services that enhance their rental experience and support branch operations as requested by management. This entry-level counter sales role is designed for individuals passionate about both service and sales within a fast-paced environment.
