Rental Rollback Delivery Driver

Job Summary
Deliver and pick up rental equipment between the store and customer drop sites while completing pre/post inspections and documenting all transactions. Safely operate a CDL Class B single-body vehicle, load and unload machinery, and take digital photos of units before and after delivery. Obtain customer signatures on contracts and damage sheets, provide equipment familiarization, and maintain a compliant DOT log book. Maintain a safe driving record, adhere to all safety guidelines and PPE requirements, and complete the Driver's Safety Course. Manage electronic log books and delivery software via tablets.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 23-years-old or older
- Valid, active CDL license
- Class B or greater preferred
- 3+ years of experience as a driver for heavy equipment transportation, general professional freight carrier, or heavy-duty trucking (e.g., wrecker, mobile crane)
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to clear driver screenings and provide necessary information for a complete DQ file, including but not limited to: Road Test administered by Yancey personnel, Background check and MVR with less than 10 points, DOT Physical, Drug Screen
- Must not be disqualified to drive a CMV under 49 CFR § 383.5 or 49 CFR § 383.51
- Ability to manage electronic log books and delivery software via electronic tablets
- Capable and competent of operating and loading a variety of machines onto assigned transport vehicle
- Customer service oriented with the willingness to go above and beyond expectations with a rock star attitude
