Rental Property Manager

Manage real estate assets for Owner clients in Charlotte and Gastonia by analyzing market conditions, setting rental rates, and developing marketing plans to maximize cash flow. Provide recommendations for property improvements and financial viability, while monitoring management and lease contracts to ensure performance standards. Conduct property inspections for move-outs and new leases, coordinate with maintenance and leasing departments, and review monthly cash flow statements for accuracy. Respond to emails and calls, approve invoices, and maintain trust account funds in compliance with NC & SC guidelines. Communicate significant property events to Owners regularly and anticipate emerging customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
