Job Summary

Rental Project Coordination Manager leads the Rental Project Coordinator function across branches, overseeing end-to-end rental project coordination including order setup, scheduling, relocations, pickups, closeouts, documentation control, subcontractor scheduling, and compliance. Establishes and enforces standardized RPC workflows, ensures accurate documentation and billing, tracks productivity and quality metrics, partners with Sales, Operations, Accounting, and IT to align on project initiation, changes, delivery, and financials, and provides onboarding, training, mentoring, and development support for RPC team members across branches and regions. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a process-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage priorities in a high-volume environment. Primarily office-based with potential travel to branches or company locations.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
