Job Summary
The Rental Field Technician I is responsible for providing high-quality repair service on equipment, responding to customer needs effectively. Duties include completing assigned jobs on time, maintaining accurate work documentation, diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues, and conducting repairs and adjustments with minimal supervision. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, with 1-3 years of related experience preferred. A valid driver's license, the ability to work flexible hours, and a willingness to mentor team members are essential. A CDL is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three years related experience and/or training
- Ability to complete and/or obtain any required licenses, certifications and/or registrations
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be able to obtain or currently possess adequate tooling to perform duties
- Flexibility to work various schedules including shift work and required overtime
- Successfully complete Work Steps assessment
Desired Qualifications
- CDL preferred
- Knowledge of Database software
- Knowledge of Internet software
- Knowledge of Manufacturing software
- Knowledge of Order processing systems
Additional Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
