Rental Pool Technician

Job Summary
Inspect, diagnose, maintain, service, and repair rental machines to support the fleet; inspect incoming rental machines, document findings, maintain records for time, parts, and supplies; communicate with the Service Manager about repair/maintenance impact on turnaround; plan ahead for upcoming services, pre-order materials, perform repairs and tests to ensure proper operation, and return machines to yard; adhere to safety and security requirements; participate in factory/company training; require High School Diploma or equivalent with 2-year technical degree preferred; minimum 2 years of experience in heavy equipment; ability to handle physical tasks and operate related diagnostic tools.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years experience in heavy equipment industry or related field
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- Must provide own hand tools
- Lift up to 70 lbs
- Climb heights up to 15 feet
- Proficient with computer and basic Microsoft Office tools
- Must maintain good attendance
