Rental Operations Regional Manager

Job Summary
Oversee rental operations across five branch locations in the Sacramento area, providing leadership to approximately 80 employees and directly managing five Branch Managers. Establish consistent operational standards to drive profitability and customer satisfaction while coaching managers on leadership, accountability, and daily decision-making. Act as the primary escalation point for operational challenges, partnering with sales teams to develop territory strategies and collaborating with inventory and service teams to optimize fleet planning and utilization. Develop training programs to strengthen employee knowledge of equipment, products, and sales techniques. This role requires regular travel between Elk Grove, Roseville, Sacramento, Yuba City, and Vacaville, with a clean driving record and ability to operate a company vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- A troubleshooter and problem solver
- An experienced manager
- Experience managing other managers
- Prior experience developing employees through coaching, mentoring, training, and performance management
- Excited to work in Sacramento and visit multiple locations throughout Sacramento regularly
- Clean driving record
- Ability to drive a company vehicle
