Rental Operations Manager

Lead Rental Department strategy and operations for a John Deere construction equipment dealer. Direct long-term planning, standardize rental processes, develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective rental customers, and maintain deep knowledge of equipment products and applications. Hire, coach, and develop Rental Department personnel; oversee fleet assets, logistics, and software operations, monitor KPIs such as rental revenue and fleet productivity, manage rental pricing, and coordinate with brand/marketing to increase market visibility. collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment preparation and maintenance issues; travel within the assigned territory as needed.
