Rental Operations Manager - HVAC Repair & Rental Logistics

Rental Operations Manager responsible for the end-to-end operational and managerial oversight of HVAC repair fulfillment in the Rome office, warehouse and rental logistics for parts and fleet, and deployment support for C/S projects. Supervises HVAC repair/testing activities in the test loop, plans daily operations, manages costs and materials, monitors inventory and KPI performance, ensures standard operating procedures and HSE compliance, and coordinates resources to guarantee operational continuity and cost efficiency. Oversees warehouse and rental logistics including inbound receipts, storage, picking, packing, shipping, fleet movements, check-in/check-out, inventory accuracy, and coordination with suppliers and transport partners. Leads deployment activities for C/S projects, collaborates with internal teams to ensure timely execution and business support, and communicates with internal stakeholders to drive results. Requires solid leadership, data-driven decision making, knowledge of HVAC components and test procedures, experience with ERP/WMS systems, and the ability to manage dynamic operations with a strong focus on KPIs and cost control.
