Job Summary
Open and close rental agreements accurately while proactively selling vehicle upgrades, protection products, and additional drivers to exceed sales targets. Handle customer enquiries professionally in person, over the phone, and via email, ensuring vehicles are cleaned and presented to a premium standard. Assist with vehicle pick-ups and deliveries, maintain fleet standards, and complete general administrative tasks while adhering to safety procedures. Required Qualifications
- A strong sales mindset with a passion for achieving targets and earning bonuses
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in recommending products
- A positive, can-do attitude with strong customer focus
- Attention to detail across administration and presentation
- Previous experience in sales, retail or hospitality
- Ability to monitor and organise fleet on a daily basis
- Competent computer skills
- A current, unrestricted full driver's licence
- Full working rights in Australia
- Ability to multitask during busy periods and work independently
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends
