Rental Monitor

Job Summary
Serve as the school's on-site representative during after-hours and weekend rentals, welcoming visitors, directing groups according to the daily schedule, and ensuring compliance with facility policies. Arrive 30 minutes prior to events to unlock facilities, prepare spaces, assist with parking or setup, and monitor activities while addressing questions or concerns. Coordinate room, field, and furniture resets following events, conduct post-event inspections, secure buildings, and document any facility damage or safety concerns. Assist with basic operation of audiovisual equipment, scoreboards, and related systems, and perform moderate lifting and movement of equipment. Maintain flexibility for regular Saturday, Sunday, and evening shifts, including occasional holiday or special event coverage.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to move equipment and perform moderate lifting
- Ability to walk throughout campus and operate a golf cart
- Flexible availability with a strong commitment to evening and weekend work
- Regular Saturday and Sunday shifts
- Weeknight and after-school evening coverage
- Occasional holiday or special event coverage as needed
