Rental Manager

Lead the branch rental team, including coordinators, dispatchers, and drivers, by supervising daily operations and acting as the dispatcher based on rental volume. Ensure customer service standards are met through observation and coaching, while supervising coordinators on rental calls, rate quoting, and documentation QA. Monitor equipment availability, coordinate on-time deliveries with sales, and manage repair priorities with the Service Manager. Control costs for re-rentals and hauling, oversee route planning, and process daily paperwork such as cycle bills and rate exception reports. Train new coordinators and maintain product knowledge across the team.
