Job Summary
Lead and oversee equipment rental operations including yard management, transportation, and rental coordinators; build and mentor a high-performing team; manage outside sales to maximize opportunities; identify emerging rental markets and equipment needs; and oversee budgets with responsibility for profit and loss while ensuring exceptional customer service and safety in a family-owned environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, preferred
- Previous experience in equipment or rental sales or sales management, preferred
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry, equipment rental practices and market dynamics
- Proficiency in budgeting and profit and loss analysis, financial planning
