Job Summary
Rental Car Agent responsible for greeting customers, handling reservations, check-ins/check-outs, vehicle inspections, and processing rental agreements/payments. Duties include communicating rental policies and local attractions, maintaining rental records, coordinating with maintenance/cleaning staff, and addressing customer inquiries with a professional, customer-focused approach. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to work weekends/holidays, and basic computer skills; familiarity with rental management software is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or automotive rental preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with rental management software is a plus
- Positive attitude and a professional appearance
