Job Summary
Coordinate project costs, manage CRM opportunity setups, and handle new order entry for Region Rental Project Administration. Issue field purchase orders to vendors, process credits and re-invoicing, and execute monthly order addendum entry to support the Rental Fulfillment process. Collaborate with SE Region Rental Account Managers to ensure accurate project administration and maintain general administrative functions. Requires experience prioritizing tasks in a high-paced environment, strong business acumen, and familiarity with HVAC systems. Monday through Thursday onsite work with flexible Friday location options.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines within a high paced environment
- Strong business acumen including a thorough understanding of operational workflows
- Solid attention to detail
- Superior customer service skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office Programs
- Flexibility to work overtime/ weekends, as required
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Must have ability to work well in a team environment and effectively collaborate across multiple teams, offices, and departments
- Must be able to pass additional drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with the operation of Energy Management Systems, HVAC Systems and/or Temperature Controls preferred
