Job Summary
Coordinate with team members to record project costs for field labor, rental equipment, and materials. Manage Region Rental Project Administration by setting up CRM opportunities, estimating costs, entering new orders, and processing monthly addendums and invoicing. Collaborate with SE Region Rental Account Managers to ensure accurate project administration and issue field purchase orders to vendors. Handle credits and re-invoicing when necessary. Requires proven experience prioritizing tasks in a high-paced environment, strong business acumen, and Microsoft Office proficiency. Schedule includes Monday to Thursday onsite work with flexible Friday locations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines within a high paced environment
- Strong business acumen including a thorough understanding of operational workflows
- Solid attention to detail
- Superior customer service skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office Programs
- Flexibility to work overtime/ weekends, as required
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Must have ability to work well in a team environment and effectively collaborate across multiple teams, offices, and departments
- Must be able to pass additional drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with the operation of Energy Management Systems, HVAC Systems and/or Temperature Controls preferred
