Job Summary
Coordinate rental operations and inside sales for equipment rentals; serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensure a great rental experience, process orders accurately and efficiently, manage inbound/outbound rental activity, and maintain detailed records for follow-up in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn internal systems
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills
- Extensive knowledge of the rental equipment industry
- Ability to operate various types of equipment
- Forklift certified preferred but not required
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
