Job Summary
Rental Field Technician II performs high-quality repair service on equipment, completes assigned jobs to meet flat-rate times, removes/install parts, diagnoses/troubleshoots issues, tests repairs, and mentors Rental team members; requires a high school diploma or GED (or 3-5 years related experience), valid driver’s license, potential CDL preference, and air-conditioning certification, with up to 20% travel and a safety-sensitive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- CDL preferred
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and the ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
- Ability to provide accurate information to management for quoting
- Obtain or currently possess adequate tooling to perform duties
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be 21 or older
- Must be certified in air-conditioning
- Successfully complete Work Steps assessment
