Job Summary
The Rental Field Service (Lube) Technician performs basic preventative maintenance on customer earthmoving equipment, completes oil changes and replaces oil, fuel, air conditioning, and cab filters, and obtains oil samples. Responsibilities include accurately locating parts and service information, ordering/returning parts, training and guiding other PM Technicians, operating a lube truck, following the maintenance manual, and completing machine inspection and reports. Requires communicating PM issues to supervisors, a focus on safety, and the ability to travel 50%-75% to service equipment. Minimum education is a High School Diploma or GED with 1+ years of relevant experience; a Commercial Driver’s License is required.
