Job Summary
Perform basic preventative maintenance on customer earthmoving equipment by operating a lube truck, draining and replacing oil, fuel, air conditioning, and cab filters, and adjusting engine valves. Obtain oil samples, accurately order and return parts using SIS, and complete service, warranty, and inspection reports. Communicate PM problems to the direct supervisor as they occur and recognize safety-related issues. Train and guide other PM Technicians while following steps outlined in maintenance manuals. Perform machine inspections and other duties as assigned by the manager. Requires a Commercial Driver's License, 1+ years servicing machines, and 50%-75% travel.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years servicing machines
- 1+ years administrative/clerical experience
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Commercial Driver's License
- Must pass all required pre-employment screenings which may include but are not limited to background checks, drug/alcohol testing, fit for duty testing, and any other job-related tests/screenings
- Standing, walking, talking, sitting, use of hands & hearing
- Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, etc.
- Heavy work that includes lifting and/or moving objects up to 60 pounds or more
- Data Entry, telephone, reading/writing, reasoning, organizational, communication & math skills
- Basic Knowledge of DBS
- Basic Knowledge of ET/SIS/SIS Web/STW
- 50%- 75% travel
