Rental Equipment Transport Driver - Wagner Rents

The Rental Equipment Transport Driver is responsible for the load, unload, and delivery of equipment at customer sites and branch locations, maintaining proper paperwork, and ensuring professional appearance of vehicles. Primary duties include DOT/IFTA paperwork and daily truck logs, fuel-card reporting, identifying and reporting unsafe conditions, conducting daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, keeping equipment clean and in safe working order, coordinating with management to implement improvements, assisting other departments when needed, and promoting additional equipment/services to customers. The role requires strong safety knowledge, data entry, communication, and customer-service skills, with a focus on safe operation of construction equipment and adherence to DOT regulations.
