Job Summary
Perform maintenance and repairs on Mustang Cat’s rental equipment fleet as a Rental Equipment Technician/Mechanic, with opportunities for shop or field service work. Must own the necessary tools, have a solid understanding of diesel, electrical, and hydraulic systems, and demonstrate technical, mechanical, and troubleshooting abilities. Preferred credentials include an associate degree or technical certificate, plus experience with heavy/light construction equipment, aerial/man lift equipment, hydraulic pumps/valves/motors, and welding. Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Must own proper tools to perform necessary repairs
- Previous mechanic work or military experience
- Understanding of diesel, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to demonstrate technical, mechanical, and troubleshooting abilities to define and perform necessary repairs
