Job Summary
Manage the Cat Rental Portal daily by routing requests, performing customer demos, training users, and handling online chat functions. Process digital platform requests by inputting reservations, writing rental agreements, closing invoices, and managing equipment transfers through IRental. Assist customers with rates, equipment options, and financial or service issues related to invoicing and accounts while inputting lost-sales data. Requires high organizational skills to complete tasks within goals and manage multiple connections professionally.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year experience, preferably in a heavy equipment environment, involving customer service responsibilities
- 1+ years administrative/clerical experience
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Ability to manage and influence peers without direct oversight
- Ability to ascend/descend ladders, stairs, etc.
- Medium work that includes lifting and/or moving objects up to 32 pounds or more
Desired Qualifications
- College Degree Preferred
- Courses in computers, business, and office administration preferred
