Job Summary
The Rental CSR provides exceptional customer service for rental equipment, handles accurate billing and record-keeping, and manages inventory. Collaborates with the Location Manager, Service Department, Delivery Drivers, and Rental Yard Staff to coordinate operations, optimize inventory transfers between locations, and enhance delivery logistics for cost-efficient, profitable transportation. Uses Flyntlok to manage orders and inventory, Outlook for communications and scheduling, Teams for internal collaboration, and the CRM to track inquiries and relationships. Primarily office-based with some coordination on the rental yard/shop and with drivers.
