Job Summary
Oversee daily rental reservations and customer communication, optimizing fleet utilization while managing check-in and check-out procedures. Execute prospecting targets through cold calling and live activities, assisting in new business development meetings to secure long-term reservations. Coordinate fleet maintenance schedules, monitor vehicle cleanliness and fuel levels, and inspect damages to ensure all insurances are current. Maintain accurate billing, manage credit and contract policies, and communicate toll road procedures and maintenance updates to clients. Collaborate across departments to uphold brand integrity and deliver a consistent customer experience. Required Qualifications
- Independently oversee day-to-day rental reservations and customer communication (inbound and outbound), ensuring fleet utilization is optimized
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and future business
- Manage communications between commercial customers and their insurance providers to ensure appropriate vehicle coverage
- Follow company policies and procedures related to credit, contracts, and billing
- Execute on daily and weekly prospecting targets, including cold calling
- Identify key prospecting territories and participate in live prospecting activities
- Assist in prospect meetings and support new business development initiatives
- Contribute to the development of rental pricing strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely billing for rental charges
- Complete check-in and check-out procedures for daily rentals
- Coordinate with service staff to schedule fleet maintenance
- Monitor vehicle cleanliness, complete light clean-ups, and ensure vehicles are fueled and ready for customers
- Inspect and communicate damages, complete daily vehicle inventories, and ensure all required insurances are in place
- Provide exceptional customer service by clearly communicating policies, including toll road procedures and maintenance updates for long-term rentals
- Collaborate openly with all departments to deliver the best possible customer experience
