Rental Coordinator - Lincoln North Miami

Job Summary
Greet customers, discuss rental needs, and compute charges for vehicles or services. Accept payments, receive orders in person or by phone, and prepare rental forms with customer signatures. Inspect and adjust items, assess damage for repairs, and reserve vehicles for requested times. Keep detailed records of transactions and maintain customer information. Advise clients on product availability, vehicle use, and care procedures. Full-time role with flexibility for various hours and weekends. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. Fluency in English and Spanish essential. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and office equipment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or minimum one year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Flexibility to work various hours and weekends
- Must have valid Driver License and clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Proper email and telephone etiquette
- Must be comfortable with public communication
- Must possess fluent English and Spanish speaking ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and office equipment such as fax, phone, scanner and calculator
