Job Summary
Rental Coordinator responsible for guiding customers through EquipmentShare's rental process, responding to inbound leads, expanding and nurturing relationships with contractors and construction principals, and developing strategies to increase market share. Requires strong listener skills, the ability to educate customers on how EquipmentShare's solutions save time and money, and a commitment to offering excellent service. The role leverages EquipmentShare’s T3 technology to ensure the right equipment is available at the right time, with emphasis on customer satisfaction, problem-solving, and proactive communication. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and thrive in a team-driven, fast-paced environment.
