Job Summary
Rental Coordinator at EquipmentShare in Monaca, PA. Responsibilities include responding to inbound leads and guiding customers through the rental process, expanding the customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction principals, maintaining 100% customer satisfaction through proactive communication, promptly addressing inquiries and complaints, and developing new sales strategies to grow market share. Must have strong listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, and the role emphasizes educating customers on how EquipmentShare can help save money, increase efficiency, and improve operations using the company’s T3 technology. Education required is a High School diploma or equivalent. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM with overtime after 40 hours; benefits include comprehensive medical plans, PTO, 401(k), and other perks.
