Job Summary
Rental Coordinator at EquipmentShare in Port Arthur, TX, responsible for responding to inbound leads, guiding customers through the rental process, expanding and maintaining contractor relationships, educating customers on how EquipmentShare can save money and operate more efficiently, resolving inquiries, and developing new sales strategies to grow market share, using the proprietary T3 platform to ensure the right equipment is available at the right time; schedule Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM with overtime after 40 hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
