Job Summary

Rental Coordinator at EquipmentShare in Portland, OR. Responsibilities include responding to inbound leads, guiding customers through the EquipmentShare rental process, expanding our customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals, educating customers on how EquipmentShare can help save money and operate more efficiently, maintaining and nurturing existing relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction, promptly responding to and resolving inquiries, and developing new sales strategies to grow market share. Leverages EquipmentShare’s proprietary T3 platform to keep up-to-date information on each machine and ensure the right equipment is available at the right time. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with overtime after 40 hours. Education required: High School diploma or equivalent. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing a ladder to ship/receive inventory, and standing for extended periods.
