Job Summary
Rental Coordinator at EquipmentShare at onsite Port Washington, WI facility. Responsibilities include responding to inbound leads, guiding customers through the rental process, building and nurturing relationships with contractors and construction company principals, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction, resolving inquiries and complaints, and developing sales strategies to grow market share.
